The water cycle
The water cycle is very important and without the water cycle every living thing would die.

The water cycle all starts when the water evaporates from the oceans and seas up into the clouds and then the water forms together and get bigger and bigger and it makes the clouds and the clouds get greyer and greyer then it rains onto the hills and the water makes it way back to the sea by streams and rivers and creeks and then goes all the way back to the sea and goes over and over again.

The water cycle is what has keep everything and every one alive for thousands of years and will keep going for many many more years

The production
The production was about all the gods and how New Zealand was formed and about pollution in our streams and rivers. It was about Tane Mahuta and Papatuanuku being seperated and making the earth. There was also a part about Maui and his wife and the the great eel that came down from the sky and ate there children and the great eel made the father of all the eels in the streams and rivers and the father of all the eels in the sea also how the middle of the eel became the the vines that twist around the trees

I thought that our topic this term take action for water was really cool because it was interesting learning about all the aquatic insects and our trip to Mt Holdsworth and going to the Papawai stream and seeing how dirty the Papawai stream was compared to Mt Holdsworth. Also we had the production and the production was about Tane Mahuta and Papatuanuku and their seperation to create the world.
